They had the parts by early afternoon and had me back on the road by late afternoon.

Great people and super helpful. We drove over a rough patch at the parking lot at green sand beach and some fluid stayed dripping. We drove to their shop immediately and were very worried. It took them like 10 minutes to check it for us, pointed a couple minor things. Cost $20 in total. Great service and can't be happier.

Had a wonderful day visiting Hilo side yesterday when we start our 96 mile car ride home from our last stop at the Volcano. Just a few miles away from Volcano we hear a pop and the truck starts knocking. Not a tire, something with the engine. Pull over, call AAA and while I'm still on the phone with the dispatcher John from Ka'u Auto Repair pulls over to see if we need help. What lucky timing! It was late at night in the middle of no where! He is AAA approved and was able to take over the call. He gave us a 100 mile tow and helped us maintain the wonderful day we had had. Thank you John!!!
