Okay, it may not be nice to give one star together for the same issue. Updated up to 3 stars. Still not satisfied because:
Add two more stars for good taste
Second, I felt my daughter who ordered a NY steak plate and asked for it as rare as possible. But we have lived in the US for almost 6 years and it is always hard to actually get a steak cooked rare properly. Inevitably, the steak was medium to medium rare because it was a thin one. Still good but be more careful about your customers next time.
Had lunch with my family coming from the VNP and couldn't find anything to eat at Punalu'u Beach.
2. Waited for 40 minutes, without getting any heads-up about there was a large amount of number of orders before me.

Everuthing was good, shrimps are tasty and spicy for the lava ones.
3. After waited for 25~30 minutes and asked how much longer it would take, we were told it will be ready "soon". But it still took around 10 minutes to get our food.
The food is delicious!! I tried to bring friends here to!!! BUT My one and only COMPLAINT is that I can never plan on eating here because it isn't consistently open when it's supposed to be. My family and I have decided more than once to wait till the truck opens only for it not to open. With no signs saying that they would be closed that day. By then my kids are starved but there's nothing to eat in town and home is far... A recipe for a grouchy child.

Fantastic food! Acai, steak and shrimp, everything. So happy we found it.
1. Taste is only okay, definitely not good or excellent.
The 2 reasons for not giving 5 stars, most important one it is a bit pricy, even if it is really good.
4. We tried other places, waiting time was much shorter than 40 minutes as the comment mentions.
Wait more than 40 min, taste good, but not a good choice for rush visitors.
The acai is delicious.
